Philip Warren Butchers

Philip Warren's famous butchers' shop is something of an institution in Cornwall. To replicate their renowned in-store experience online, I rebuilt their digital platform from the ground up, aligning their digital operations with their existing offline reputation. This involved a complete website rebuild based on the Shopify platform, automated shipping and fulfilment, and detailed integrations and reporting as part of the business' wider operations.
